Here’s my take on how a SaaS product trajectory relates to support load and management risk tolerance.
It’s my contention that for (say) a “typical” SaaS – support load goes crazy above a certain user threshold – you scale so far and you products grinds to a halt. Income is still good and climbing therefore management get cold feet on change.
